Hi. I'm Jamie. I'm an Arizona native with nearly two decades of real estate experience, working with brokerages large and small, including my own, until I found a true success partner in exp Realty. I'm also a wife, a mother, a foodie, an explorer, and a believer in positive mindset and the power of hard work. Although my family has lived in several regions of the country, we've always come back to Arizona, because we believe it offers something no other place does.

As the daughter of Chinese immigrants, I grew up in an entrepreneurial family, and learned the intricacies of owning and managing both commercial and residential properties from a young age. 

I also have experience in the fields of technology and real estate law, both of which come into play regularly in my work as a real estate professional in the information age. After co-founding a Phoenix-based internet service provider during the dot com boom, I went on to work at a law firm in Washington, D.C. that specialized in major commercial real estate transactions. In my own real estate career, I've earned multiple top producer awards, held broker's licenses in four states,  and have developed a strong knowledge of contracts, contract law, negotiations, and the intersection of tech and the real estate industry.

The Phoenix market has been at the forefront of US housing trends for many years, and I know that buying or selling a property in Arizona can be a big -- and sometimes complicated -- decision.
